1 st year or at least 1600hrs. worked – 60% of Journeyman Rate=$12.90 Hour
2 nd year or at least 1600hrs. worked – 70% of Journeyman Rate= $15.05 Hour
3 rd year or at least 1600hrs. worked – 80% of Journeyman Rate = $17.20 Hour
4 th year or at least 1600hrs. worked – 90% of Journeyman Rate = $19.35 Hour
